Research Fellow
Dr Cameron Razieh joined the Leicester Real World Evidence Unit in 2021. He was awarded his PhD in September 2021 and completed this at the University of Leicester, where he first began to work with some of the LRWEU team. His PhD was in ethnic health inequalities, which predominantly focused on epidemiological differences in cardiometabolic diseases and COVID-19 outcomes between ethnic groups. His main interests include: epidemiology and data analysis; investigating health inequalities and how wider determinants impact health (with speciality into ethnicity); and the epidemiology/prevention of cardiometabolic diseases.
Cameron also works at the Office for National Statistics where he uses linked administrative data to investigate health inequalities.
