Research Fellow in Medical Statistics

Dr Safoora Gharibzadeh is a Medical Statistician. She joined the team in February 2022. Upon completing her Ph.D. in Biostatistics at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2016, she worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Pasteur Institute of Iran. As an assistant professor, she collaborated with other research institutes on various projects. Specifically, her research focused on categorical and longitudinal data analysis. She is interested in modelling high-dimensional real world data, such as CPRD, using causal inference and machine learning methods.
